Maybe you need to update the codecs installed on your computer. I downloaded the latest DivX version and it works fine for me.

Our credits include the Sundance winner, "By Hook or By Crook" and the Dolly Parton doc, "For The Love of Dolly". Our next project, Wade Gasque’s “Half Truth”, was just chosen out of 2000 entries as 1 of 10 semifinalists in the Netflix/Find Your Voice Competition. One winner will receive $350,000 to make his/her feature.
Gasque is a gay filmmaker originally from rural South Carolina. He’s written a smart, quirky and bittersweet movie about a black, gay teen outcast from the south and his journey to find his voice.

There are some movies that just beg me to buy the hardcopy on DVD. Were The World Mine is one of them. I even broke out my old edition of A Midsummer Night's Dream and reread the play, something I hadn't done in at least twenty years (Reading the play does help clarify some of the compression of content needed to make the movie work). I had forgotten how much sexual innuendo Shakespeare laced throughout his work.
WTWM is one of my new favorites.
